The products offered have good quality, and I especially Love their art work! It is very unique and different. I review my orders honestly and quickly- and receive reward monies for doing so. Wayfair is always my first shopping site for furniture and home decor. The search filters are more detailed than other sites so I can zoom in on what I'm looking for. They also are quick to answer questions regarding specifics of their merchandise. Their shipping is quick and their customer service is responsive when things arrive damaged. I have used them multiple times and have never been disappointed.
I ordered a Armoire from Wayfair and another Armoire from another company last month, the couch came within 2 weeks, the Armoire, still hasn't arrived. I want to thank Wayfair for fulfilling their end of the sale. Service was great, shipping was fast, and delivered with care. I only wish they had the other Armoire as I'm quite sure I'd be enjoying that as well right now. I at 1st felt Wayfair prices were a bit higher than other retailers, but I'm at the point I'd rather pay the extra just to rest assured that I will receive my order. I order a Armoire on Black Friday from Wayfair. I just got a call from the delivery service located in my city with not only an update it had arrived but could deliver it the next day. Total of two weeks with proper communication from the company and the delivery service. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
I spoke to a very understanding and sweet customer services who both helped resolve my returns during the pandemic. They were both helpful and resolved my issues. The wait to speak to them was very long but since everyone is working remotely it was understandable. Worth the wait. Ordered from Wayfair and will continue to do so. Recommend them to anyone.
After reading the bad reviews, I got pretty nervous about calling to request a replacement part that had come damaged. Despite a little bit of a wait, customer service was super quick and friendly and got a replacement part shipped out in the next two days. The Armoire was fairly low quality, but I paid a low price, so I can't really complain about that. Looks fine, just cheap materials. I'm sure the more expensive Armoire are nicer. Anyway, thought it was worth leaving a good review about customer service since it seems they might be stepping it up!
Last purchase was a new Armoire. Another perfect delivery and excellent product. Not only was the price incredible, but the product was something I couldn't find locally. Excellent service. One of the items received was incorrect and an email to Wayfair resulted in the correct item being shipped overnight and they told me to donate the wrong item. Then, another Armoire for my house and household items. I love this company and even though they aren't always the cheapest, their customer service is second to none and I will always shop Wayfair.com first.

I initially ordered two barstools but for some reason there was miscommunication between csr/dispatching department and the warehouse (I assume). Long story short, they end up shipping the other one and gifting me a free one for my inconvenience! Like basically a $150 gift! My bad day turned into a blessing! Thanks Wayfair
I have ordered multiple items thru Wayfair and have had great service and the products were as advertised. In fact, a neighbor asked for advice on using Wayfair on my neighborhood website and got 16 positive comments from different people about how good each of their experiences were. I personally had an item delivered damaged, and Wayfair sent another one immediately with no questions.
I try, whenever possible, to buy local, pay cash and support my community with my transactions. When I do go online, I want something of quality and I need it fast. I have Wayfair as my first stop for furnishings for the home. The reviews are helpful, the quality tends to be high overall, and the customer service is very good. I hold their feet to the fire when I am unhappy, and they respond. I think our on-line businesses are as good as we demand they be, and I think Wayfair does a great job.
Love everything about Wayfair! I especially appreciate it allows for customer reviews on the items as well as pics people have taken so we can view the products in homes. Reading the reviews is so helpful! Especially when purchasing furniture and decor you aren't seeing in person! Everything I've ever ordered has arrived even faster than projected and love the free shipping, which is a huge thing when ordering heavy bulky furniture! I've ordered home items from many other sites and always seem to come back to Wayfair! Don't hesitate to order from them!
This store has everything for your home and the largest selection you will find anywhere. I was shopping for Armoire and thought I would find a few here, could not believe the amount they had. I found what I was looking for and they were less expensive than any other stores. They offer free shipping on all items over $49. You will fall in love with there customer service. They are my new go to store.
This online shop has amazing service. I have used them several times. My last order had an item that was damaged. They took care of me, no argument no hassle just replaced the order. Even had a follow up call to make sure everything was received in good condition and if I needed any additional assistance... they get how to take care of customers!
We ordered a Armoire which had been difficult to find, and when the Armoirearrived it was defective. Wayfair immediately granted a full credit with no hassle. It's always better as a buyer if you don't have a problem with the product, but the true mark of a company is how they handle the problems that inevitably will occur in the course of running a large business. We would absolutely order from Wayfair in the future.
Not sure of the low score on this company my 1st interaction with them was superb from the website where I shopped to the pricing and the delivery was so fast I couldn't believe it packaged securely and exactly what I expect from the website pictures I'll reccomend them with no problem plan to shop with them as needed things do occur an I had no issues with my 1st purchase if it changes down the way I'll update the rating
